Why does a custom planner cost more than the other planners?

A lot of time goes into helping design a custom planner. The hours I spend researching, finding reference materials, and creating mock-ups to show what it will look like take a lot of time. Also if a custom embroidery needs to be created that takes a lot of time. Including stitching out a test sample. Going back and forth with a customer to finalize details can sometimes take several weeks. All of which I don’t get paid for.

I can’t decide on a vinyl and print combo! Can you send me a picture of them together?

Yes! Send me an email roughseasD@gmail.com with the names of your color combos and I’ll send a picture of them.

When will I get my order?

Ready to ship items will ship out 1 to 3 days after purchase. For all other orders please allow up to 3 weeks to create and ship out.

Can I cancel my order?

I will gladly refund your purchase within 24 hours of your order being placed. Your order cannot be refunded after the 24 hour period.

I hate it! Can I get a refund?

I gladly accept returns. Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within 7 days of contacting me and finalizing return or exchange agreement. If you want a refund simply because you changed your mind (Buyers remorse). Meaning nothing is wrong with the item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
